These terms cover your use of Gancho on the web, on iPhone and through the browser extension. By creating an account you agree to them and to our privacy policy. On iPhone, Apple's standard end-user license agreement also applies.
Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens in your account. You must be at least 16 to use Gancho.
Your resumes, jobs, notes and contacts belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Gancho for you. That includes sending them to Anthropic's Claude to produce research, fit scores, tailored resumes and drafts. You can delete any of it, or your whole account, at any time.
Research, pay estimates, fit scores, tailored resumes and drafts are generated by AI and can be wrong. Check them before you rely on them or send them. Tailored resumes are built from your own resume; make sure everything in a resume you submit is true.
Gancho suggests people using public professional information and drafts messages, but it never contacts anyone for you. When you reach out, be respectful, follow each platform's rules, and don't use Gancho to spam or harass anyone.
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other accounts, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
Gancho is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but can't guarantee it, or that you'll get a job. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. We may update these terms; if a change matters, we'll tell you in the app.
